Beginner's Guide
Welcome to MineRaze. This guide covers the basics: getting starter gear, making money, protecting land, and finding the main server systems.
Before You Join: Enable the Resource Pack¶
Enable the server resource pack when prompted. Without it, custom items, pets, cosmetics, mounts, furniture, and other visuals may not display correctly.

Step 1: Finish the Tutorial (/wild)¶
When you first join, complete the short tutorial. After that, speak to The Wild Robot to begin your survival adventure.
Use /wild to go to the wild and start playing survival.
Use /spawn to return and explore spawn.
Step 2: Vote & Get Starter Gear (/vote)¶
Type /vote and vote on all links. Voting gives Keep Inventory time, money, rewards, and up to 8 Vote Crate keys.
Open your Vote Crate keys at /warp crates. The Vote Crate has strong starter rewards, including Mithril tools and armor, which can carry you through the early game.
Check your remaining Keep Inventory time with /keepinv.
Step 3: Claim Free Atlas Rank¶
New players can claim the free Atlas rank from the MineRaze Store. Atlas includes useful beginner perks such as /fly and a starter bundle.

Step 4: Understand the Worlds¶
Elysium and Olympus are the main survival worlds for towns, bases, and long-term builds.
The Resource World is for gathering materials and resets. Do not build your permanent base there.
The Nether is accessed by /nether or building a portal.
Step 5: Explore Spawn (/spawn)¶
Spawn has NPCs, merchants, quests, crates, the Forge, Stables, Archaeology hub, Dungeon portal room, and more.
Use /warps to open the warp menu, and /spawn to return to spawn.
NPCs with a question mark (?) above their heads always have quests.
Step 6: Join a Job (/jobs)¶
Jobs are your main early income. Open /jobs and pick one job to start.
Recommended starter jobs: Digger and Fisherman. Digger is especially simple because a Diamond Shovel with Efficiency IV can instant-break many blocks.

Jobs pay out every minute. Your income also increases as your job level rises.
Use /jobs stats to track progress and /paycheck to view earnings.
Step 7: Pick Up Quests (/quests)¶
Quests are a strong source of money and currency. Open /quests to see your daily and weekly quests.
You get 3 Daily Quests each day and 3 Weekly Quests every Monday. More quests can be found by talking to NPCs around spawn.
Step 8: Understand Your Currencies¶
Money is used for towns, shops, ranks, and general trading.
Crowns are a premium cross-season currency. They carry over between seasons and can be used at /warp crowns and on the Auction House.
Crowns are valued in the store economy at 100 Crowns = €1. They are an in-game premium currency and are not cash.
Heirloom Currencies are used at the Forge (/forge) for powerful gear.

Do not throw away custom items until you know what they do. Keep heirloom currencies, Artifact Caches, event currencies, dungeon keys, and custom gear.
Step 9: Claim Land (/town help)¶
Create a town with /town create (name), then use /claim to protect the chunk you are standing in.
Deposit money with /town deposit (amount) and use /town level to unlock more claims and member slots.
Invite a friend with /town invite (player). If you want them to have more town access, use /town promote (player).
Containers auto-lock separately from town claims. To let a friend open your protected containers, use /trust add (player).
Press F3+G to see chunk borders.
Step 10: Progress Your Rank (/ranks)¶
Use /ranks to view rank requirements and rewards. Ranks unlock more job slots, features, the End dimension, and other progression perks.
Step 11: Learn About Artifacts (/artifact)¶
Artifact Caches drop from normal activities like breaking blocks, killing mobs, and fishing. They contain consumable Artifacts with useful effects.
Open them or save them for later, but do not throw them away. Use /artifact to view your artifact booster.
Step 12: Customize Your Character (/cosmetics)¶
Use /cosmetics to equip hats, cloaks, backpacks, and other visual items.
Cosmetics come from /warp cosmetic, crates, events, dungeons, archaeology, and seasonal content.
Step 13: Decorate Your Builds (/warp furniture)¶
Visit /warp furniture to browse custom furniture for homes, towns, and shops.
Step 14: Try a Dungeon (/dg)¶
Dungeons are group PvE content with bosses, keys, heirloom items, and strong loot. Use /dg to reach the dungeon portal room.
Normal dungeons are a good early-to-mid-game goal once you have decent gear.
Step 15: Discover Archaeology (/warp arch)¶
Archaeology lets you earn rare drops from digging, mining, woodcutting, and hunting-related systems.
Most branches require a special archaeology tool, infusement, or enchantment. Visit /warp arch to see what each branch needs.
