How to acquire spawners

Before you can start acquiring mob spawners, you need to make sure that mob spawns are enabled in your town. You can check your town settings by typing "/town settings" in the chat.

Spawners can be acquired from a multitude of sources including:

  • Mining them in the Survival Worlds with a Spawner Pickaxe.

  • Merchants in spawn (Haldor the Haggler).

  • Dungeons.

  • Crates.

  • The official store (https://store.mineraze.net/).

  • Frostborne Gatherers: If you are part of the Frostborne Gatherer's guild, you can also purchase spawner caches from Harald the Explorer at the guild hideout for favorable prices.

The following monsters spawners can currently be mined:

Phantom, Cave Spider, Iron Golem, Creeper, Squid, Glow Squid, Drowned, Turtle, Guardian, Pig, Cow, Sheep, Chicken, Mushroom Cow, Wolf, Ocelot, Panda, Bee, Fox, Axolotl, Polar Bear, Rabbit, Zombie, Skeleton, Spider, Stray, Husk, Piglin, Piglin Brute, Slime, Vindicator, Enderman, Shulker, Witch, Magma Cube

Spawner Conditions

Spawners require specific conditions in order to spawn mobs. Conditions can include a necessary light level, a specific block nearby to spawn the mobs onto, or a given elevation in the world (Y-level).
